The Edge Ahead

The systems your business runs on, built right.

REYZR is a technology consultancy for companies that have outgrown the way they work — or never had systems to begin with. We select, implement and repair the platforms a business runs on, design the stack around them, automate the work in between, and build the internal tools nobody sells off the shelf.

Why companies call

Every engagement starts in one of five places.

Some companies have no systems at all. Others have too many, and they don't agree with each other. Either way it's rarely a technology problem so much as an ownership problem — nobody accountable for making it fit the business and keeping it that way.

Nothing to modernize yet

The business runs on paper, spreadsheets, and what's in one person's head. And it works — right up until that person takes a week off, a customer asks what happened last March, or you try to hire someone into the role. Building from scratch is often the cleanest engagement there is: nothing to untangle first.

Infrastructure older than the people using it

A server in a closet nobody wants to touch. Software the vendor stopped supporting years ago. A database one employee maintains and everyone else works around. It still runs, so replacing it never makes the list — until it doesn't, or until that employee retires.

The platform nobody uses

The CRM, the case system, the ERP — bought on the strength of a demo, configured to the vendor's defaults, and quietly abandoned. Half the team keeps a private spreadsheet, and the reports leadership relies on are built on whichever records someone remembered to update.

Systems that don't talk

Every tool holds part of the truth. Someone re-types the rest — from the intake form into the CRM, from the CRM into the invoice, from the invoice into the spreadsheet. That re-typing is a salary, and it's where the errors come from.

No one owns the stack

The IT provider keeps laptops running. The software vendor bills by the hour. The team builds workarounds. Nobody is accountable for whether the whole thing actually serves how the business works.

Services

Four ways we get brought in.

Engagements are scoped and priced up front. It doesn't matter much whether you're replacing a platform, modernizing something a decade old, or putting a business on real systems for the first time — the work rhymes.

CRM & Case Management

Selected, implemented, migrated — or rescued

Whether you're choosing a system for the first time or resuscitating one the team gave up on, the work is the same: configure it around how your people actually work a matter, a patient, or a deal — then make sure they'll use it.

  • Platform selection & vendor evaluation
  • Data migration & record cleanup
  • Pipeline, phase & custom field architecture
  • Roles, teams & permissions
  • Rollout & adoption training
Tech Stack Buildout

Design the whole system, not another tool

An assessment of what you run today and a plan for what you should run — what stays, what goes, how it connects, who administers it, and what it costs to keep it healthy.

  • Stack assessment & roadmap
  • Microsoft 365 & SharePoint architecture
  • Vendor & managed-IT oversight
  • Access, permissions & security hygiene
  • Documentation & written SOPs
Automation & Integration

Stop paying people to re-type data

Wiring the systems together so work moves on its own — and repairing the automations that quietly broke months ago and sent everyone back to doing it by hand.

  • Document generation templates
  • Quoting, billing & invoicing workflows
  • API & webhook integrations
  • Power Automate and similar workflow builds
  • Reporting pipelines & dashboards
Custom Internal Tools

When no vendor sells what you need

Narrow, maintainable applications built for one company — the tracker, portal, or dashboard that closes the gap between the platforms you already pay for.

  • Web applications (React + Firebase)
  • Internal dashboards & project trackers
  • Client and partner portals
  • Deployment, custom domains & access control
Systems we work in

Four families of platform. The same underlying work.

A CRM, a case management system, an ERP and an EHR are different products sold to different buyers — and they fail in exactly the same ways. Generic configuration, automation that quietly broke, and nobody accountable for either.

CRM

Sales pipelines, client relationships, and the reporting leadership actually reads. Usually the first system a growing company buys, and the first one it stops trusting.

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho CRM
  • Pipedrive
  • Monday.com

How we scope it: platform names show the systems we work in and around. Where we haven't run a given product end to end, the engagement is scoped as integration, workflow and data work rather than a full implementation — and we'll tell you which before you sign anything.

Entry engagement

The AI Readiness Audit

A structured review of where your business actually stands before it spends a dollar on AI. Adaptive intake across six dimensions, run through an application we built for the purpose — each answer shapes the next question, so it goes where your situation is weakest rather than down a fixed checklist.

You get a written report you own: findings by dimension, prioritized recommendations, and an explicit Open Questions section. Sometimes the honest recommendation is "not yet — and here's what has to be true first."

Request an audit
Data foundation

Where your data actually lives, how clean it is, and whether anything could be queried against it without embarrassing you. Most AI projects die right here.

How engagements run

Assess before building. Build before committing.

Three stages, in order. Most clients start at the first and decide from there — and stopping after any stage is a normal outcome, not a failed one.

STAGE 01

Assess

A short, fixed-fee engagement to map how the business actually runs today, what's holding it back, and what's worth doing first. Works the same whether you have ten systems or none. The deliverable is a written report you keep — whether or not we work together after it.

STAGE 02

Build

The fix, scoped and priced before work starts. Configuration, migration, automation, or a tool built from scratch — delivered with documentation so your team isn't dependent on us to operate it.

STAGE 03

Operate

A monthly retainer covering both halves of ongoing support. Fractional CTO time — a named owner for the roadmap, the vendor relationships and the decisions nobody else wants to make. And routine maintenance — keeping the templates, automations and integrations working instead of quietly drifting back to manual.

Capability

What we can actually do.

REYZR works on the systems a business runs on — choosing them, configuring them, connecting them, and repairing them when they stop earning their keep. That covers CRM, case management, ERP and EHR platforms, the automation that moves work between them, and custom software when nothing on the market fits the problem.

The depth comes from having done this from the inside as well as the outside. We have run the entire technology function for companies too small to have a department, rebuilt the core platform of an organization bound by strict record-keeping rules, and spent years on telecommunications and signal systems where uptime was the only measure that counted.

That mix is why we scope the way we do. We have been the person who has to live with the result — so we will tell you when a project isn't worth doing, and what to fix first when it is.

Selected work
  • Rebuilding case management and CRM platforms around how a business actually works — phases, custom fields, roles and permissions
  • Standing up billing and invoicing infrastructure — rate schedules, fee-petition and invoice templates
  • Repairing document generation templates so output comes out clean instead of needing hand-editing
  • Designing governed knowledge libraries that hold up as a single source of truth
  • Building and deploying internal web applications — trackers, dashboards and portals — on custom domains
  • Building AI tooling, including an adaptive readiness-audit application with generated reporting
  • Taking part in the Kanz AI program with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titled event, building with current AI tooling under deadline
  • Advising on technology strategy — process, tooling and sequencing — for businesses well outside the tech sector
  • Running technology end to end for small companies: infrastructure, tooling, security and vendors
  • Operating telecommunications and transmission systems at carrier and military scale

Tell us what's broken.

The most useful first conversation is a short one about a specific problem — a CRM the team abandoned, a report nobody trusts, a process that still runs on copy and paste. Bring that, and we'll tell you plainly whether it's worth engaging over.
